Shipping

A shipping and handling (S&H) charge is added to all orders. The charge applies to the entire order regardless of the number of items ordered. The default S&H charge is $16.50 for orders within the USA, and $32.00 for orders shipping outside the USA.

$16.50 for UPS ground delivery within the USA. $48.00 for UPS Overnight (Red) delivery with the USA.

Orders delivered outside the USA are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). The default shipping charge is $32.00 for Global Priority Mail delivery. Optionally, you can have your order sent Global Express Mail for a shipping charge of $46.00. Only the Express Mail method provides a tracking number to help insure delivery of your order.

Please be sure to select your preferred shipping method when you place your order.

SenSyr will send an e-mail notification the day your order ships. The e-mail will be sent to the address you provided when you placed the order.

SenSyr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are sent by a method that allows packages to be tracked, but this does not prevent theft or mishandling at the destination. For international orders, accurate package tracking within the destination country is sometimes limited or unavailable..

Sometimes "lost" packages are being held by the Customs. If you haven't received your package within 15 business days, please contact us, and we will do all we can to assist you in locating your shipment.

US customers - all domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless other shipping options are selected.

International Customers - please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes).

Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account. PayPal processes most major credit cards and even checking accounts. It is fast, convenient, and secure. Please, do not send your credit card information via e-mail. We can only process credit cards though PayPal.

You may also pay us with a postal money order, cashier's check, or even a personal check by mailing your order to (domestic orders only):

Please remember to print and fill out the order form and include it in the envelope. Allow 10 days for the checks to clear. If you include an e-mail address, we will send you and e-mail notifying you of shipment. A tracking number is available for UPS and Global Express Mail shipments only. Please do not send cash.

Sales Tax

NY State addresses are subject to 8.0% sales tax (On the entire order including the S&H charge). If you are tax exempt in New York, please FAX a copy of your tax exemption certificate to 413-803-3016 (include your telephone number). SenSyr will remove the sales tax from your order once we've verified your exemption status.
